	Nearly 900 local telephone companies, or "exchange carriers," are members of NECA. Membership is defined by FCC rules and has three divisions, or subsets:

	Napa Valley. It is 35 miles long, 5 miles wide, has about 239 wineries. We get approximately 4.9 million annual visitors that usually come for the day and spend $150, of those, 1.7 million stay overnight and spend $300 a day. July-September are the peak months followed by January-March.
